MEDIA

To be considered for the Heavy Enterprise events media credential, you must have a confirmed assignment to cover Heavy Enterprise events. Once you're confirmed for one of our events, an email confirmation will be sent stating the time, date, and location of the event. Media passes will be ready for pickup day of the event.

Bloggers: Must provide specific information about their blog site in the description section of the application.

Photography: The media credential gives you access to shoot Heavy Enterprise events.

We reserve the right to rescind any media passes of those who are in violation of our media code of conduct. Access and clearance(s) obtained pursuant to this policy allow you to take photographs and provide video content for your media outlet only. You may not display, sell, transfer or otherwise convey, any of the photographs or video content. Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate revocation of your credentials and exclusion from future events. Any unauthorized use of trademarks owned by Heavy Enterprise may result in legal action.
